開啟談判的信件中,可以簡單區分成五大部分-「開頭」、「開啟協商」、「報價」、「強調產品優勢」與「等待對方回饋」。因此在撰寫英文的談判信件時,不妨朝著這三個方向思考信件的架構吧!


「開頭」

除非已經與客戶有多次有關產品的交流,可以考慮略過熟悉的寒暄,直接進入談判主題。然而,若尚未建立充分的溝通基礎,我們建議以簡單的開場白開始,以減輕整體談判的緊張感,也擴大雙方的交流空間。
